Killer Instinct SURVIVAL Techniques Part 9

Now we are going to discuss the FITNESS abilities you need to work on according to my long time friend and mentor GREG AMUNDSON.

Greg has an incredible background first starting as a deputy sheriff in California, then joining the US Army rising to Captain in the Military Police (my Dad was an MP for the legendary General Patton in World War 2) and then a DEA agent. He was one of the first students of Crossfit and has one of the top Crossfit operations in the world.

He has been a devout Christian and took to the next level recently graduating from seminary school. His books are best sellers including the most recent one I’m now reading – Warrior.

It is in this book that Greg listed the fitness attributes one should work on: cardio respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, accuracy, agility and balance.

I have been a certified ISSA (International Sports Science Association) certified trainer for 26 years beginning at age 50.

When the Grand Solar Minimum begins to gallop along you had better BE FIT as part of your SURVIVING this 35 YEAR event!

Currently I’m working on FLEXIBILITY as laying in that bed for four months after my pulmonary embolism destroyed my back’s strength!
